A Biggie Statue Could Be In The Works

The Notorious B.I.G. is undoubtedly one of the best rappers ever, period. Now, Biggie’s indomitable skill-set and legacy has earned him a bronze statue in his hometown of Brooklyn. The Hip Hop Hall of Fame has set up a crowdfunding page with a hard target of $35,000 to make sure the┬ádream comes to fruition.

According to NME, the Hip Hop Hall of Fame is seeking $35,o00 for the “completion and bronzing of the statue, associated expenses, and donation to the Christopher Wallace Memorial Foundation, a non-profit organization that was set up by Biggie’s mother in 1997 to give back to the community.”
