If you know anything about hip hop beef, then you probably are familiar with the fact that a lot of the feuds seem to come from 50 Cent. Over the years, the rapper has played a huge role in hurting the careers, permanently or temporarily, of a ton of rap greats, including Ja Rule, Fat Joe, and The Game. It seems like nothing could defeat the power of 50’s bullying techniques, or get past them, aside from Rick Ross and Kanye West. Although they had to deal with a fair amount of taunting from the rapper, only one was able to make 50 Cent look weaker than in any other beef, and that person is French Montana.
Do you think French Montana can really take down Curtis?
It all started when French made comments about Rick Ross flourishing from his beef with 50 Cent.
French talked about the beef to Complex, where he ironically stated he doesn’t like to entertain all the beef business of the industry. He said of 50 Cent’s constant feud pickings with rappers, “I feel like beef hurt him. I feel like it helped Ross unite people. That’s why Maybach Music is one of the biggest labels. It just makes sense…Of course, Ross is on his fifth album. And like I said, he’s only getting bigger. This is going to be Ross’ first platinum album. He never went platinum. So when 50 came up, 50 sold 10 million. Then after his first album he just kept on going down. You think 50 could come out and sell 10 million now?”
50 Cent then threatened French on Twitter
He tweeted out to his followers on Twitter, “French Montana you ain’t Sh– boy. You out your league talking about me you hoe.i read your little interview what the fucx is you high. French your Sh– so weak you never had a song by your self fool. Ain’t nobody’s waiting to hear your verse. Girl.” French then clapped back hard with some lyrics of 50’s, stating in a deleted tweet, “Damnnn homie last year u was da mannnnn homieeeeeee wat da f****kkk happen to uuuuuu.”
