SpideR-$tyleZ – “Get a Gripp (produced by Anno Domini Nation)”
Well-rounded, insightful, and thought provoking — SpideR-$tyleZ is not your average run-of-the-mill rapper.
A bit of an anomaly, his music is composed of both the sacred and the profane; Topics range from self-reflection to social commentary, chasing skirts to seeking love, and street tales to mystic revelations.
In light of its relevant but nostalgic feel, he’s been known to classify his music as “1990now.” His sound has been compared to the likeness of artists such as Jadakiss and Guru, Common and AZ, 2Pac and Talib Kweli, and many others from Nipsey Hussle to J. Cole.
Although notably influenced by many of the aforementioned, as well as others in and outside the genre of Hip-Hop, his sound and style are of his own. “SpideR” is the personal experience and unique perspective from which his originality sprouts, while “$tyleZ” is the melting pot of respected and admired musicians, and the frequencies from which they, themselves, pull inspiration.
His witty wordplay, passionate vocal infliction, and conceptual mind, are what shine most about his artistry. His mission: To restore balance to the kulture of Hip-Hop.
