Tyler Bryant, better known by his stage name Velous, is a rapper, singer, and record producer from Kingston, New York. He got his name at age 15, when someone told him how marvelous his production skills were, to which he dropped the “mar” and adopted the name Velous. Velous is best known for his featuring on DJ Spinking’s “Adult Swim” with Tyga and Jeremih, as well as co-producing Kanye West’s hit single, “All Day.” Velous was signed to Swanky Music Group by Cus Maven in 2011 after dropping his mixtape, Velocity The Mixtape, and eventually signed with French Montana’s record label, Coke Boys, in a joint deal with Swanky Music.
