Cardi B and Nicki Minaj put their past rumored feud behind them — at least for one night. The Met Gala featured some heavenly bodies including these two queens. Cardi B was drenched in a rhinestone and gem covered gown designed by Moschino’s Jeremy Scott. Nicki Minaj arrived in a Oscar De La Renta red hot dress, seemingly to be devilish beauty. Once both arrived and walked the red carpet, they had a quick moment to chat inside.
The two were all smiles during the conversation. The prior tension between the two was fueled by the collaboration on Migos’s hit “Motorsport.” Once released, Cardi B commented on her thoughts of the song and Nicki’s performance. Nicki Minaj was “hurt” by the female rapper’s comments and being portrayed as the “bad guy.” The bad blood was diminished once in side but Nicki was still throwing shade earlier on the carpet.

Minaj made a big announcement during an interview. “You know what, because I’m the bad guy, and I wanted to make sure that the bad guy was here…Album dropping June 15, it’s called Queen.” This was obviously reference towards her “bad guy” persona.
Either way, the two put on good faces throughout the night. The two power houses have much to be celebrating. Cardi B. is expecting her first child with Migos member Offset, and Nicki Minaj is still climbing the charts with her song “Barbie Tingz.”
