R&B and pop may see a lot of Christmas albums being spit out consistently over the years, but hip hop is slacking in that department. While Jim Jones went ahead and released an epic Dipset Xmas album years ago, rap hasn’t gotten another full project taste of holiday themes. “Christmas in Harlem” brought us lots of joy, but why not a whole project from the group? Is it just us, or would it be amazing to hear Pusha T do a rap version of “Jingle Bells.”
Young Money
There’s a lot of issues amongst Young Money and their label situation, but the holidays are the best time for family to come together. Drake, Nicki, and Wayne could still make a great Christmas project.
