“I’m taking this to South Beach”: 50 Cent Threatens To Pull ‘Power’ from Starz

50 Cent doesn’t seem to be very happy about how Starz is treating Power right now. It is the highest-rated show on the Starz network, but, according to executive producer 50, it is not getting what it needs. Keep reading to find out what happened.

Frustration

50 Cent let out all of his frustration through a post on Instagram. He threatened to completely pull the show from the Starz network, claiming that even though Power is the biggest show on the network, they don’t care and it “doesn’t mean anything” to them.

“I woke up feeling a little different about POWER this morning. If the biggest show on your network doesn’t mean anything, what does your network mean STARZ? I’m taking my talents to south beach f**k this,” he wrote.

Not the First Time

The post came right after showrunner Courtney Kemp told everyone that the last episode was actually supposed to be a two-part episode. Starz apparently didn’t give the series a green-light for 12 episodes, so the two-part episode was forced to be smushed together into one hour long episode.
