At the moment, Bleek is currently rounding up ideas in hopes of trying to pay back his creditors. He owes $335,000 for his Jersey home, $24,000 for his Impala, $9,000 to the IRS, and $13,000 to Monmouth County Superior Court.
Oddly enough, Memphis Bleek didn’t list any family members or friends for his petition, including Jay Z. Hov rapped on “Diamonds Are Forever (Remix)”:
“Bleek could be one hit away his whole career
As long as I’m alive, he’s a millionaire
And even if I die, he’s in my will somewhere
So he can just kick back and chill somewhere, oh yeah
He don’t even have to write rhymes
The Dynasty like my money last three lifetimes.”
So the fact that Jay vowed over a decade ago to take care of his childhood friend, and is nowhere in sight, is quite troubling.
Can Bleek find a way out?
Bleed managed to squeeze himself out of a jam dating back to 2007, when he paid back his tax lien worth $37,750. To see him possibly squirm himself out of this situation with no aid from Jay Z, would be a sight to see.
