She wasn't about to mess up her album release
Keyshia Cole has been going through so many changes lately that it’s hard for us to keep up. The last thing that she needs is to be schooled by a cop over her language like a child. Keyshia was having a good time in West Hollywood at the hot club TAO and hopped in the car to head home when she was told to pull over and keep quiet.

Keyshia Cole is not trying to come up in the game by causing drama, but it does seem to follow her around. The legendary songstress signed a new deal with Epic Records in 2016, and she’s getting ready to release 11:11 Reset on October 20. She said about her upcoming album:
“For the past year, I’ve been seeing 1111 constantly and to my understanding, you’re aligned spiritually with your destiny and everything that is meant to be in your life is happening at the right time. The timing is right. Everything is right. Reset is definitely cohesive with that.”
Keyshia already released “Incapable” and “You” as singles.
Everything may finally be right in her life now that she’s a single woman. Keyshia announced her divorce from her husband of seven years, Daniel Gibson, in April 2017. She seems happy about having the ability to co-parent her child DJ with him, but equally happy to be on her own again.
Keyshia stopped by The Real to talk about all these big changes and explained:
“[Shared custody] was my initial asking of what they felt it should’ve been and I said OK well, that seems pretty fair to me. That’s what we do naturally and normally. One week he’s with you, one week he’s with me and then he comes back with you and then he comes back with me. So you know and we share the same nanny so it’s not that big of a deal and um, I thought that was the agreement, you know?”
Pull Over!

All of this daily drama has been going down on Love & Hip Hop Hollywood as Keyshia just joined the cast last year. Cole is well-versed in reality TV as she starred in her own shows (Keyshia Cole: The Way It Is, Keyshia & Daniel: Family First, and Keyshia Cole: All In) in previous years.
In addition to all of that, Keyshia is trying to tell the world what really happened when she got stopped by the cops this week. She was the TAO club in Hollywood on Tuesday night in her black Rolls Royce when a motorcycle cop honked his horn at her for not moving along quickly enough. The cop believed that someone in the car called him a bad name, so he approached the vehicle to tell the occupants that it’s just not nice to insult people who are trying to do their jobs.
He said that Keyshia had a “big mouth.” Keyshia responded to the insult, “Who has a big mouth? I did not call you a name.” After some words were exchanged, the officer sent her on her way.

But that wasn’t quite the end of it. Keyshia took to Twitter to say, “That cop was Sooooo mean.” User iam_kashdoll watched the video and said to her, “He had the nerve to say ‘lucky I’m a nice guy.’ I’m glad no s**t went down.”
Keyshia honestly responded, “That meant, ‘I could pull out a weapon’ and that’s how he looked at me. I just shut up. I have an album coming out, Not tryna to die today.”
