Before the fame.
Do you remember when your favorite artist first broke out? I do. I grew up on songs he produced, but it wasn’t until September 2003, when I heard Kanye West’s debut single, “Through the Wire,” that I fell in love with his genius. But even then, when he was a multi-platinum producer, he wasn’t at the same status he is now, and he definitely was as popular. Now, when you google Kanye, his Wikipedia page comes up, featuring everything from his works to his controversies to his accolades.
What happens when you search your favorite artist? If they’re as popular as Ye is, I’m sure their Wiki page is filled with their life story. But it hasnt always been that way. If you’ve ever wondered what the Wiki pages of chart-topping artists looked like before they climbed those charts, you’re about to find out.
