Party Without Permission
In June 2015, Rick Ross and his bodyguard Nadrian Lateef James were allegedly behind the assault and kidnapping of two employees. The two employees reportedly threw a party on Rick Ross’ property without asking him for permission.
Once Ross found out, he and his bodyguard allegedly took the employees into the guest house to beat them.
One of the employees gave details of the attack, claiming to have been pistol whipped.
The employee also says that because of the beating, their tooth was chipped. In addition, their jaw was severely injured to the point of needing to go on a liquid diet.
Ross and James attempted to tell the court that they did not attack the employees, but were instead defending themselves. The judge didn’t buy this claim.
Ross and James pled no contest to misdemeanor kidnapping and assault charges.
