Fans may remember Tia Kemp, the mother of Rick Ross’ only son, from their social media battle late last year. In December of 2017, Kemp called in backup, enlisting Khia and TS Madison to help bash the rapper.
The hate began soon after Ross’ daughter was born, with Kemp giving a contemptuous interview to Gossip about the whole thing. “Congrats to them,” she said. “I just hope he treats the baby better than he treats my son.”
She went on to say that Ross has missed out on several birthdays because of the bad blood between the two parents. “It’s sad,” Kemp continued. “It’s like, you hate me so much that you won’t acknowledge your only son?”
“It hurts me to see my child hurt,” Kemp added. “Can you imagine having a celeb father, and when he’s in town, he goes all these other places, but can’t come to one of your football games? It’s sad.”
She also attacked Ross for a photo of the baby next to stacks of money. “It was so tacky and ignorant,” she said. “It’s embarrassing! Do you know how many people texted me about it? Where’s her mom?”
I feel bad for Tia Kemp… if Rick Ross really her baby daddy then the only person suffering is the child. Like me personally, I won’t beg or force a man to take care of his kids. God will always make a way for me. One thing I know is karma always come back tenfold okay!

Beforehand, Kemp took to Instagram Live to roast Ross, claiming that he dyes his beard and calling his own mother a bunch of names. Ross responded with a video that alleged Kemp is hating on his infant daughter because she had a fight with the mother of his daughter.
“Seems every time I post a picture of me with my beautiful daughter, she always has some negative energy,” he said on Instagram. “And I just wanted to clear it up. Just because her mother beat your a**, that doesn’t have anything to do with her. Take that whooping like a champ.”
He said that Kemp is too old for this sort of beef and should try and be happy. “You gotta be happy,” he said. “You should be playing golf now. You should be fishing.”
Kemp clearly wasn’t satisfied with that response, going on The Queens’ Court to talk about all the issues she has with Ross as a father.

“Until he call his godd**n son we gon’ keep us on the docket everyday,” she told the hosts. She said that Ross has not made enough of an effort to see his son.
“He have timesharing that he has not utilized in the past how many years,” she explained. That’s why Kemp thought it was ludicrous when Ross attempted to get full custody of his son.
“He filed for primary custody and the judge said no. He wanted full custody. He was coming to court saying I’m not a good parent,” she told the hosts. “First of all, how am I not a good parent when I raised two other kids?”
She also added that, unlike the stereotype of rapper baby mamas, the couple planned to have Ross’ son.

“This was a planned pregnancy,” she explained to the host, with a bit of a caveat. “I was married when I met him. I’m going to be honest. I’m keeping it real. My ex-husband was in prison. That was the only thing that separated us. “
She told the hosts that he’s using their son as leverage to hurt her.
“He don’t know how to hurt me anymore so he’s using his kid to attack me,” she said, before explaining Ross’ unfair advantage. “The people on the outside can’t see that just because of his platform. Of course everyone is going to look at me as the bitter baby mom. I’m over that. I’m over that stage. I’m over that stage of being hurt. It’s time to step up and be a parent.”
