Keeping Up With the Harris Fam
The back and forth between Tiny and T.I. Harris is exhausting. Their relationship woes — which ultimately led to the cancelation of T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle — have taken fans on more ups and downs than a rollercoaster. With that in mind… Buckle up, people. We’re going back up.
Between social media activity that had people thinking that Mr. and Mrs. Harris are still Mr. and Mrs. Harris and large, pricy displays of public affection, the Harris’ are reportedly working it out. Tiny, 42, and T.I., 37, are in such a great place with each other that Tiny has yet to move forward with divorcing the rapper.
The year 2016 is when fans first learned that T.I. and Tiny’s relationship was headed down the drain. The R&B diva filed for divorce, afterwards claiming that her husband was being “slippery” when it came to being served. Eventually, though,T.I. filed an “acknowledgment of the documents” in response.
During this time, everyone witnessed the couple having a rough time keeping their six year relationship together, as they faced shocking details of Tip’s infidelity emerging on social media and in nearly every hip-hop outlet.
During an interview with Wendy Williams, Tiny touched on exactly how she learned that her husband had stepped out on her — allegedly with Bernice Burgos, a hip-hop video vixen — saying, “Somebody made a comment about her on my page.”
“I said what I said. She replied,” Tiny continued. “That’s cool, but then you come back with another video speaking on my marriage, which is a no-no. Then you come back with the final video singing my song, and I’m feeling like, okay, you keep coming.”
She went to blame the couple’s over exposure in the limelight for some of their issues, admitting that their celebrity status and life in the fast lane had caused a major rift between the two.
In an interview of his own, T.I. called his marriage a distraction, revealing that he’d be a better friend to Tiny than a husband. He even alluded to the end of the Harris family’s television show, T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle.
Weeks before the show ended in May of 2017, the rapper told XXL, “Well, I believe it’s time to wrap up the show because I think there’s nothing else to show.” He continued: “I think the majority of the family is ready for their next phase in life and this something that we all appreciate and we value and we cherish it, but you know it’s time to move on.”

As fans settled into the idea that the couple was parting ways, T.I.’s alleged side-piece attempted to defend herself against Tiny (and everyone else who dubbed her a home-wrecker).
After Tiny called Burgos a “pass around b***h,” she hopped on social media to calm that she’s not a home-wrecker because the Harris home “had BEEN broken.” “I’ve NEVER dealt with a married man in my life,” she continued. “Technically when a person files for divorce it’s saying they’re moving on with their lives & their marriage has failed… NEVER have I ever been passed around.”
Even in the face of divorce and public arguments between them, the couple remained close. They even opted to celebrate their wedding anniversary.
About nine months ago, T.I. posted a picture of the two at their wedding on Instagram. The caption read: “Happy 7th anniversary Mrs [Harris]. Looking at these pics seems like the time flew by. Never a dull moment… Everyday we LIT!!!! Stay making this family s**t look sexy. They ain’t never seen s**t like US!!!!”
He continued, “Can’t expect nobody to understand this thing of ours… it’s unfathomable to most. Through the good & bad we stay up, whether right or wrong we gon RIDE!!! That’s all I can ask for. With all my love… Mr. H.”

In efforts to continue making “this family s**t look sexy,” the couple has reportedly put a hold on their divorce. According to Bossip, Tiny’s lawyers just requested a leave of absence for the case for the second time.
Are they staying together?
