This track’s message to the late actor Paul Walker was beyond touching. The song became an instant classic because of the message inscribed by Wiz and Charlie to those missing a loved one.

Best Rap Album: J.Cole – Forest Hills Drive 2014

Cole has been shunned by award shows since his start. We’re not saying that The Grammy’s owe him, but let’s be honest here: Cole stayed true to himself and proved he was a one-man band by delivering a platinum RAP album with zero features and no singles.

Best Rap Song: Fetty Wap – “Trap Queen”

Fetty’s splash in 2014 damn near drowned everybody. Honestly, we haven’t witnessed a rapper dominate the airwaves in a one-year span like Fetty since Lil Wayne and Eminem. “Trap Queen” ignited his spark and helped him ballon into a heavyweight in the rap world. This record was just undeniable.
