Throughout the week, Metro Boomin’ & Young Thug traded barbs on social media because of statements made by the ATL producer regarding artists over saturating the market with weak content.
“All I’m saying is, I wish that everyone would put out more quality music over the quantity. It’s a marathon, not a sprint,” Metro tweeted on Monday. Apparently, that didn’t sit too well with Thugger as he quickly responded with clap back by saying: “Put some names on that shit lil boy @MetroBoomin”

The verbal spat continued as Metro told Thugger to come see him face to face. What happened after will really shock the heck out of you guys.
Instead of throwing hands, the two actually teamed up to drop a new record titled “Hercules.” According to Metro, there’s no beef and that it’s squashed between he and Thugger. “Ain’t no publicity stunts,” he said on Twitter. “There was a real misunderstanding with real emotions but it’s resolved. Thugger my brother 4 life.”
