Bad Boy records was an indomitable empire in the 90’s. Despite a very arduous task at hand in building a group of artists, Puff Daddy was able to create superstars out of these bunch of misfits. His roster? Impeccable. With Biggie serving as his biggest star, Puff was able to maximize his potential before his fatal demise. Not deterred by his best friend’s death, Puff continued to build around talented artists in the 90’s. Plaque after plaque, this label couldn’t be stopped. Puff Daddy was the brains behind the operation and made everything go. He signed The Notorious B.I.G., Ma$e, Lil Kim, 112, Faith Evans, The Lox, and more notable acts. He also dropped his own album No Way Out, which had the singles “Can’t Nobody Hold Me Down”, “All About the Benjamins,” and “Missing You.”
